Yoga for Weight Loss: a program that incorporates yoga & nutrition

Instructor: Jacque Porterfield.

Meet with Jacque Monday nights at 7:30 for a vigorous practice and discussion about your weight loss goals. Then you choose one more class to attend during the week. The cost is included in the session. In addition to 2 weekly classes, you will be asked to practice on your own one day per week. On 2 of the days you don't practice, you are to do 20 minutes of walking, jogging or biking. As you come consistently and do your "homework", you'll see results. We have developed this plan to assist you in your efforts to get to your healthiest weight. We want you to succeed and Jacque will meet with you one-on-one for a 30 minute private lesson one time during the session which you schedule around your busy life. You will feel more energetic; your body will move with suppleness and grace as you embrace a new lifestyle. This program really works. Our students have had great success. Give us a try!
