Yoga for Weight Loss: a program that incorporates yoga & nutrition

 

We are the only yoga studio in the Lehigh Valley that offers a specific program to those who are trying to lose weight . You'll learn how the power of mindfulness can empower you to reach your goals. Your body will become more fit and you'll increase in strength, flexibility and endurance. This program is for those new to yoga with a desire to commit themselves to a consistent yoga practice by attending 2 classes per week. This program really works and we have had great success!

We meet together Saturdays at 11:30 am and Tuesdays at 7:30 pm.

Once a month we will invite the nutrition specialist, Kristie Knouse, to join us for group disscussion and helpful advice on reaching your weight loss goal.You may choose to be weighed and measured if you are interested. We discuss strategies for developing a healthy relationship with food and mindful eating. $120 for 6 weeks, Classes taught by Jacque and begin Saturday, Aug. 21st. These classes are very popular and fill quickly. Register right away to be sure to reserve your spot.

Important note: If classes are missed, they MUST be made up during that 6 week session by taking other classes from our schedule.
