Become a Registered Ashtanga Yoga teacher through our year long teacher training

Train with Erica McHugh (ERYT 500 hrs) and Jacque Porterfield (RYT 200 hrs) at our Yoga Alliance registered School.

Beginning September 5th, our teacher training program will immerse you into the Ashtanga Yoga practice. You will learn the Ashtanga method of teaching, anatomy, Ashtanga Yoga philosophy, and more in this 200 hour program. We'll meet one weekend a month and all your Ashtanga classes are included. If you love the practice, teacher training is the next level for you. Take this teacher training to become a competent teacher, or take it to deepen your practice.

The cost for the training is $2000. Your deposit of $300 is due upon acceptance. To register, please e-mail your contact information to contact@lvyoga.com
