This class is for people who are looking for a way to be healthier, but not necessarily wanting to lose weight. You can love your body just the way it is. Ashtanga yoga is for everyone, every size, every age and you don't need to touch your toes... ever. Come join us for this 6 week session and you're guaranteed to enjoy yourself and have a positive experience with Sara Mercer, our instructor. You'll laugh, you'll breathe, you'll stretch and you will be uplifted. The pace will be slow, and the challenging poses will be modified. See the schedule for start dates.
Yoga for Back Care
If you suffer from chronic tightness and pain in the lower back this class is perfect for you. Nancy DeVogle is an experienced instructor with special training in this area. You'll notice diminished pain from the first class. You will be building core strength and holding deep stretches and twists intended to lengthen the spine and help you become more flexible.
