Lehigh Valley Yoga was originally an Ashtanga "only" studio. Over time, we have added other forms of yoga and now offer a range of meditative, more gentle yoga styles. If you are looking for a class that helps to center and calm you with meditation, breath work, and deep stretching, try one of these:

*Hatha

*Kundalini

If you are new to yoga, we now offer a beginner yoga 8-week session. You will be in a class with all beginners, so no need to feel out of place. You may repeat this session as many times as you like and move ahead when you're ready.
