Kundalini Yoga

Instructor Iris Bunk leads you through a different kriya each Saturday morning. Kriyas, as they relate to Kundalini, are special sequencing of postures to benefit a particular part of the body or ailment such as back pain or headache. Repetitive actions rather than static poses make Kundalini different from all other types of yoga. Repeating a specific action involves a discipline of the mind and body to serve the soul. Each week in this early class, we will awaken our bodies with movement, stretching and chanting. Kundalini invigorates and helps overcome laziness, ego and bad habits with the essence of commitment. This is a practice for all levels, a chance to dedicate yourself to yoga and receive the benefits tenfold.
