Certified Kripalu instructors, Ann Friedenheim and Rebecca Arnold, will guide you through this safe and challenging meditation in motion.You will increase overall health, build strength and enhance flexibility. Kripalu yoga encourages you to approach all aspects of the class with self awareness, compassion and a willingness to experiment. The instructors provide a nurturing, loving environment to learn and grow in. Each week you'll try something new and develop a deeper understanding of your body and how it moves. Modifications are given for those with limitations or those newer to the practice. You'll learn mindfulness both on and off the mat as you become more deeply connected to yourself. Beginners as well as experienced students will find this class accessible as we coordinate breath, alignment and quieting of the mind.
