Our new studio will be holding a grand opening weekend June 6th - 7th. Friday June 6th join us for a free class and reception afterward.
Classes begin at 5:30pm, and you may choose from Ashtanga and Kripalu. All Classes free as well on Saturday, June 7th!

What's New:
Classes beginning in May at our new satellite studio in Bath. We'll be holding classes on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 and Saturday mornings at 9 and 10:30. See Schedule page for more information.
Yoga for Men - 6 week session for men new to yoga who are looking to cross train for sports or to recuperate from injury. Men are typically less flexible because of tighter, larger muscles in the arms and legs. This class will address these problem areas and begin to lengthen the muscles, building flexibility. 6 weeks, $65.
Wednesday, May 28th 6 pm - Yoga in the Rose Garden: Kripalu class free to everyone to be held at the Rose Garden across from Cedar Beach. No 6pm class at the studio that evening.The 7:30 Power Fusion will be held as usual.Call for more information.

Teacher Training is coming back to Lehigh Valley Yoga. Beginning in Fall 2008 you can get your 200 hour Yoga Alliance accredited training to become an Ashtanga Yoga intructor. More information coming soon.

We offer classes for all levels from beginner to advanced students. Our schedule includes classes that are for training the body for strength and endurance and classes for those looking to train the mind through postures (asana)and meditation.
