Hot Yoga
Push yourself to your edge in this challenging hot class.
Our teacher, Randi Perrett has studied in NYC and continues to
attend teacher workshops and trainings that uniquely qualify her
as the top Hot Yoga Instructor in the Lehigh Valley.
What is it?
With the exception of Joe, all our teachers teach our own brand of Hot Yoga we call
Hot Yoga 40, a 40 pose flow with the emphasis on strength, stamina and concentration.
You will be pushed to your limit in all 3 areas and leave feeling energized, lighter and
determined to improve! Hot Yoga is great for:
-
Detoxifying the internal organs and lymph system
-
lubricates the joints and provides a deeper stretch
-
helps those individuals with low heat tolerance
- allows the body to build strength and flexibility - you work
harder in a hot environment
